We help businesses with legal concerns from formation to succession and retirement.
3D Legal Solutions provides practical, reliable, and clever legal advice and representation for businesses in the Philippines.
Setting up business in the Philippines can be daunting, from choosing the form of entity to complying with all regulatory requirements. We will assist in drafting incorporation documents, capital structuring, and shareholders' agreements, and help you register with the government agencies concerned.
Efficiency comes with understanding. A long-term relationship allows familiarity, better insight, and optimal solutions for your legal problems. We can also provide you with ready-at-hand legal guidance on compliance, taxation, housekeeping, board and stockholders' meetings, human resources, transactions, among others.
Intellectual Property & InfoTech
Drawing upon our vast experience as legal counsel and as businesspersons, we can effectively draft and review your contracts to protect your interests. Our experience spans a broad range of industries, including finance and banking, manufacturing, services, and information and computer technology.
Protection of your copyrights, trademarks, and patents is essential to your business. Beyond this, we also understand the clash between old laws and new technologies, and how the Philippine regulatory agencies try to cope. We can help you navigate difficult legal issues and gray areas of law.
Legal Due Diligence
Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Prevention is better than cure. This is all the more true when going into a business relationship or acquiring a business or property. We can help you discover and mitigate risks, as well as take advantage of possible opportunities.
As trained and seasoned advocates in and out of court, we can represent you in negotiations and, if necessary, litigation. While we believe that settlement is more beneficial for both parties most of the time, preparedness and skill in case of trial are indispensable.
Business Retirement & Corporate Liquidation
Succession & Estate Planning
Goodbyes can be difficult, especially for businesses. We can help you determine the best method to undertake and assist you in properly closing your business. We will help with regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and release from risks and liabilities, so you can move on from the past without hang-ups.
Making a succession plan is crucial for the sustainability of your business. Key persons can leave and bad things can happen. We can devise mechanisms and safeguards in case they do. We can also help you set down the final distribution of your assets, with a view to minimize taxes and costs.
